Open Edition Prints

When looking through my galleries, images for sale as open editions will have have buttons allowing you to add them to your cart. I use a PayPal cart, which allows for multiple methods of payment. Please note that you do not need to have a PayPal account for checkout.

Open editions are printed on a Canon printer, and are available in multiple sizes. The expected lifetime according to the manufacturer of a properly stored/displayed print is 20 years, which is comparable to a standard color print from a photo lab. Prints from Epson printers are available by special request.

Sizes and pricing

Small prints use 4x6 glossy paper, and are usually borderless.
Medium prints use 8.5x11 glossy paper, and the actual image size is usually around 6"x9".
Large prints use 13x19 glossy paper, and the actual image size is usually around 11"x16.5".

Frames

Open edition prints are available framed. The frame is black metal. The mat I use is usually either 8 ply off white, or 6 ply white over black duotone. Only archival mat and mounting materials are used. The glazing is UV protective. If you want a custom frame, please contact me for a quote.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping and handling is $7.50 for orders under $250 (free shipping on orders over $250). Recipient is responsible for all customs fees for non US orders. All prints are made to order, so please allow one week for processing, two weeks if ordering a framed print, one month for platinum prints. Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS.

Signature

Photo will be usually signed in the border, and may also contain a small logo and or copyright statement in the border, along with title and other information.
